Add exception?

Hi,
TS works perfect! .. I just have 2 quick questions:
1. How do I add an exception to an IP address to bypass all TS rules?
2. I have catchall enabled, thus, ports other than WEB are fallin' into that category –> being throttled (slow). How do I enable a port to bypass these rules or maybe give it an exception?

Much appreciated, and cant' wait for 2.0 :)
