After hitting the reset button on my SG-3100 I'm not getting a valid IP address when connecting to my laptop using an Ethernet cable. I can use PUTTY to access via Console.
What do I need to do so I can get it back online?

      Thank you for looking.

The reset button on the SG-3100, and SG-1100 is just a reboot button...it does not factory default the unit. If you need the image please open a ticket at https://go.netgate.com, our team will be happy to assist you!
