So I went to set up our new SG-3100 at our new office (My company has 5 other appliances at our other offices so I'm very familiar with them).

However this time I couldn't reach the GUI. I did all the usual troubleshooting and found that disk0 is bad (read failed, error=1 and then,,, mountroot: waiting for device /dev/ufsid/5c1165cf5711b135... Mounting from ufs:/dev/ufsid/5c1165cf5711b135 failed with error 19.) .

I reached out to regular support who gave the the factory image, I flashed it on a USB drive and tried to recover, but as the disk is bad that failed.

The support guys talking to me are nice, but they're asking me elementary questions to make sure I flashed the USB drive correctly. I verified the USB drive with one of our other appliances and sent support the console log showing that it is booting fromt he USB drive and that the disk 0 is not readable.

I need t get this installed so we can open our new office soon. can anyone think of anythig else I can do to fix this?
