Problem in 192.168.1.1

Every time I type in the 192.168.1.1 address, I receive a message "Internet Explorer Cannot Display Webpage". I have tried this several times and it doesn't connect me to the website.

Help!!!!

http://192.168.1.1

https://192.168.1.1

Have you changed the port to anything else?
