      do i need to configure the draytek vigor 132 before adding to the pfsense box ?

          Yeah it should work with the default settings. There are few advantages to using it over a V130 though and several significant disadvantages.

          You can position the V130 as close as possible to the line termination for the best line rate. It eliminates any shoddy internal wiring you might have.
          The V132 uses a Realtek NIC which is close to the worst choice. You can use whatever NIC you want with the V130.
