      is there ANYWAY i can download the old squid package right before the current one? (2.6.21_08)

        It looks like trendchiller has fixed/updated the package.  Please delete and reinstall.

            In the past I have had to uninstall/reboot/reinstall/reboot to effectively clean up an updated package.  Perhaps trying that will help you.

              his update fixed the filter reload but it didn't remove all the errors.
              i still get this

              squid
