My pfSense box is running with no problems, except for the CPU that is running very high (Between 75% - 100%)

I have installed an Intel 3.0GHz Dual Core CPU with 4Gig RAM on an Intel G43 Nobletown Main Board.

Can anyone PLEASE tell me why the CPU is running so high???

That alone is not enough information to go by.

Ideally, you should connect to the console with ssh (or physical access) and run:

        top -S

That will show you what is using up CPU time, and the "CPU States" line at the top can also be helpful in determining where the CPU usage is being eaten up (User processes, System tasks, interrupts, etc)
