link drops

I have a fiber optic link that goes offline all the time (about 10 drops a day), goes off for about 50 seconds and comes back automatically. If you enter interfaces -> Fiber Card and click on "Save" the link also returns.

I tested the separate link just going through a Windows machine and there is no drop, I also got to leave this link only in pfsense and has drops even only connected in pfsense. I already put pfsense on hardware with intel xeon motherboard and the same problem.
The link is dedicated, it's a / 30.

It is configured with

Static IPv4

Speed ​​and Duplex: Default

I have another even metallic link and this one does not fall.

Has anyone been through this, have any idea what might change?
