IPSEC Packet Loss

Hi all,

I'm running a generic hw appliance on 2.4.4_3, I have a IPSEC to HK with another 2 spokes to UK and US.

I am getting around 16% packet loss over the tunnel to these spokes and its breaking the application we run off the US server.

Ping the public IP's does not reflect any packet loss, the loss only occurs on the vpn tunnel.

Anybody have any ideas?
