Mods: Could we get some help with endless support posts here???

This isn't a support forum. Netgate has plenty of those. And yet we have users who, for whatever reason, don't know where to post their problem so it invariably ends up here.
Would it be possible to move the daily stream of support posts in this subforum to their proper place? I know I'm being OCD about it, but what's the point of having clearly delimited subforums if it's just going to be a free-for-all? We may as well just post everything to the TNSR forum since it's closest to the top...
Previous mods used to move the support posts that end up in here to their proper place. That doesn't happen anymore.

I'd be willing to help move posts around to the appropriate places, if needed.

I don't frequent the general section that often... But if I notice something in the wrong section I move it... But happy to move something you flag to its proper place.

Ivor used to be good for moving posts but he's long gone. I could flag posts but there are several every day. Maybe a pinned post at the top in CAPITAL LETTERS saying THIS IS NOT A SUPPORT FORUM! POST YOUR PROBLEMS ELSEWHERE!!! but I'm sure it would still be somehow ignored.

Yeah there are several spams every day... Not a big issue in my book as to the flags... The only thing that gets a bit annoying is when the same post gets flagged as spam like 4 times by different users ;) heheh
I get a notification of flags, and most days forum is up in a window all the time... So if you flag something as wrong section I would normally respond quite quickly to it.

I think I will make a point of watching this section more now just to try and catch people that still post here ;)
