NTop- historical data

Can any help me out ?? As I can see the flows that who is accessing which websites and all but I want to save these data is there any way to save these flows in pfsense (Ntop)

Historical data was removed from the ntop-ng package some time ago as it was broken beyond practical use.
There is a feature request open to re-work it:

You should export the netflow data to something else if you need that long term:
