• Last summer my boss bricked his SG-2400 so he bought a 3100, gave to me, and I gave him my SG-2400 and restored his backup to it so I could get his business back online. The cause of the problems with the SG-2400 was his power went on/off several times on one evening and backup UPS didn't do it's job correctly. After all of this, the SG-2400 powers up with immediate red status indicator and I can't console into the unit.

    Is there any way that this unit can be recovered, or returned via RMA and recovered for a reasonable fee? We would like to get the unit operational again so we have a backup in case the current unit dies.
