Hi, I've just installed in a ovirt enviroment but I have problem with the nic. From internal I can ping other PCs in the network and the Internet. From external the web gui and ping fail. why?

hardware checksum offload maybe? I've a possibility to disable via shell or xml file? I have installed pfsense 2.4.4

what do you mean with internal/external ? out of the box you can't ping or access the gui from the WAN but only from the LAN

internal I mean LAN, external WAN (e.g. ping google.it)

ok so from LAN is working, acessing the webgui from WAN is not very wise, a VPN would be better. for the ping you need a rule on the WAN interface that permit "ICMP echo reply"

              sorry, I explain well...
If I do any ping from pfsense shell (google or any client ip in LAN) work. If I ping from any client in LAN fail...

check your dhcp server for the lan interface, check that the dns assigned to the client are correct, check that dns resolver or dns forwarder is running and working correctly.
default firewall rules for tha LAN interface is to permit traffic from LAN to any if you didn't modify it
