What subnet should CARP VIP used ? /32 or the subnet of the gateway?

Hello,

I am currently have problem of Multi CARP WAN + manual NAT + multi vlan .

I cannot fix my own problem until now, and i am not even sure if that is a CRAP problem or what. But just for sure , should i use /32 for that CARP VIP ip address or the gateway subnet?

You have to set the mask to match the subnet you got from your ISP, otherwise the CARP VIP cannot communicate with the gateway.

Thanks for this confirmation. Indeed even /32 it will still works(confusing that with the VIP). But anyway i will keep it as the subnet mask of the gateway.
