pfSense throughput testing details with iPerf 3

Hi all,

I came across this Black friday deals poster for Netgate appliances

Towards the bottom, it lists

• L3 Forwarding stats
• Firewall: 6.81Gbps (for the XG-7100)
• IPsec VPN stats

Could someone here explain how the L3 forwarding and Firewall iPerf stats were particularly tested?

I would like to replicate this setup on my pfSense firewall which has 1x 10GB interface.
