      Hi,

      Can anyone please tell me if there is an easy path to migrate my OPNsense setting to pfSense?

      Thank you

        Hi,

        I got another one for you and everybody else : how many people 'migrate' ?
        And from where to where ? From version to version ?

        There is no human on planet earth that want to write such a tool. It's a never ending story for very little benefit.

        The good news is : basic LAN and WAN settings can be entered in a couple of seconds.
        Add some special firewall rules : a couple of minutes ?
        A captive portal ? one hour ?
        When it comes down to packages and their settings : unknown if other versions ans thus other possible settings are involved.

        If your setup is easy, it will take you not much time to copy the exact behaviour.
        If you made things special : you'll be needing more time.
        (so : apply the golden rule : keep it simple)

        And because you asked for it, I'll give you my answer : what is the price to pay when you want to return from the obscure side ?
        (answer : december 18 .... ^^)

        Edit : and where are the logs ??

          Thank you very much.
          The setup is a dual wan
          WAN1 = 4G LTE
          WANT2 = VDSL

          I am not too good with blinded the 2. I had some help for the latency and grouping setup.
          I no longer have access to that help :(

            Ah, probably Europe - like in France where we have these VDSL (super ADSL) routers.
            "4G LTE" = some USB stick with build in SIM card and 4G receiver ? In that case, test first if this one is supported.

                So, like me ^^

                Never actually used a "LTE7400" but it's a device that act as a basic 'router' - not some USB thing, so it would work right away.
                My other device is a black Orange Pro v4 box - also a router (I deactivated all other TV/phone/wifi stuff). Works well, it's just another router after router setup.

                  We set the LTE as bridge mode but not too happy with it. Looking at getting the MikroTik LHG 4G/LTE to replace it
