    Outbound load balancer broken in 042209 snapshot

      I tried using outbound load balancer and did not get it working. I see my two gateways but i can not change the monitor IP for the second gateway (OPT1). Also, static routes page is broken, does not allow you to choose the interface. Finally, the settings tab in the routes page gives:

      Fatal error: Cannot redeclare do_input_validation() (previously declared in /usr/local/www/guiconfig.inc:225) in /usr/local/www/guiconfig.inc on line 239
