Fresh Pfsense installation ,No logs to display issue



  • Hello,
    I have just installed new fresh latest Pfsense 2.4.4-RELEASE-p3(amd64) installation , without any issues, but after installation and finalizing configuration , i noticed that there is no logs at all on each section i get following message

    No logs to display.
    

    Any idea how to fix it or reactivate log facility ?
    Please advice

    Check the syslogd service is started in Status > Services.

    If it is but it's still not logging reset the log files in Status > System Logs > Settings.

  • Thanks works , i did reset "Reset log files under log settings and started to work
