      Hello,

We are trying to change the file size of filter.log from 10mb to 200mb.
We tried to change it from Status > System Logs -> Settings tab -> save -> reset log files, but the size didn't change. The size of the other log files changed. Then we connected with ssh and via shell we run this command:
      cd /var/log
      clog -i -s 200100100 filter.log
We restarted the pfsense but the file size didn't change again.
Do you know any other way to successfully change the size of filter.log?
Thank you very much for helping.

Send it to a syslog server, then use splunk, elastic search or something else.

Did you set a specific size for the filter log in the past? Check the settings on the Firewall log tab and see if there is a set size there.
