My laptop often loads pages on the Internet for a very long time. Its characteristics are normal. There are no viruses.

This is like asking a mechanic why your car only gets 30mpg when its suppose to get 32.. Without more info its impossible for anyone to have any ideas..

Did you try turning it off and back on ;)

Ahhaaa, of course. Not so bad. I'm talking about what works, it works fine, and then it starts to slow down a lot.

Hahahaaa........ @johnpoz already suggest the best option if such situation occurs. or you have to delete temp files and create some spaces for better performing

Most times I've got this recently it was partially configured IPv6. Almost every page the browser had to timeout connecting at v6 and then would load fine at v4. That doesn't get worse over time though. And you can easily check it on a laptop by moving it to a different network.
I also found a laptop still using a real HD a few weeks ago. I couldn't believe how slow it was! 😉
