Log DHCP requests and online-time of clients

Dear users,
in my pfsense machine I want to see logs (maybe in webgui) of all dhcp requests, saving IP, MAC, date/time.
Also, I want to see logs about the status of every client (online/offline) with its date/time.

Obviously, so as not to take up space, an automatic cron to clean the logs older than 30 days.

How can I do?
