      Hi All,

New to pfSense, need some guidance and help on a DNS issue.

I have some hosts with static IP addresses, and I would like to register them in pFsense and use pFsense as a DNS server. Is this possible? If not, what are my other options?

      thanks a lot in advance.

Just create a host override for these hosts.

Or if they get their IPs from a dhcp reservation - you can have pfsense register that in dns.
