      Hello,

      We have a Netgate XG-7100 running pfsense 2.4.4

      Our System Logs > General logs are always flooded by entries that look like this:

      pf_test: kif == NULL, if_xname lagg0.888

      There are around 20-30 per second, so basically the logs become worthless as they have too much noise.

      Is there any information about what this entry is about, and how to suppress this entry if it is not critical?

        Did you remove that VLAN? Do you still have any services referencing it?

        I would check the config file and /tmp/rules.debug for remaining references to it.

        Steve

          Thanks for your reply.

          We didn't remove the VLAN, this lagg0.888 is still in use. Any hints on what these errors are and how can they be resolved or suppressed?
