1 WAN with 2 different fixed IP addresses each with unique gateway

I am trying to setup my network in which my ISP allows me to use 2 external fixed IP addresses.

Normally I'd setup WAN with fixed IP address and add an alias IP address, but then they would both need to use same gateway - as in my case they dont.

If possible I would not use first address with WAN1 and second with WAN2 as IP addresses are form same ISP - it hase no point to preform load balance or do a fail-over.

What would the solution be for such case, when there are 2 fixed WAN IP addresses on WAN1 with different gateways for each of the IP addresses.
