pfSense Community Edition on Azure
-
Hey yall,
I'm trying to create a custom pfSense VM to upload on Azure. Problem is, no matter what I try, once the VM is on Azure it completely looses all network connectivity.
I'm following these guides:
- https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/51017.azure-custom-pfsense-on-azure-vm.aspx
I'm wondering, did any of you encounter this problem? If so, did you find a solution?
Here is my config:
Vnet > 172.24.255.0/24
Servers Subnet > 172.24.255.0/28
pfSense Subnet > 172.24.255.16/28
Azure VPN Gateway > 172.24.255.128/25A server in the Servers Subnet cannot reach the pfSense server no matter the subnet in which it is and no matter the protocol used (ICMP, HTTP, SSH, etc.). This is really strange since the pfSense server did get IP addressess from Azure DHCP.
Thank you,
