      openvpn 2.4.8 need use newest openssl for tls 1.3, please upgrade to openssl-1.1.1d.

        i have install pkg add http://pkg.freebsd.org/FreeBSD:11:amd64/latest/All/openssl-1.1.1d,1.txz, but openvpn still using old openssl 1.0.2 library versions: OpenSSL 1.0.2u-freebsd 20 Dec 2019, LZO 2.10

          2.4.5 will not use OpenSSL 1.1.1. Too many things in base will break with it.

            2.4.5 BGP work, i have to use this version.
