So this has nothing to do with the Traffic Shaper that i see now. I just downgraded to 2.3.4 because I seen someone say 2.4.4 is broken, and still I cannot load Pinterest on our cell phones.

        Any ideas?

Got it, had to disabled DNSSEC support in DNS Resolver

                DNSSEC

One last post, DNSSEC wasn't the issue, my ISP router has an option called Full Cone NAT. It was turned off, once turned on, everything is working again. Even my Alexa devices that couldn't make calls before are now able to call out.

Really last post, issue was the ISP modem, pfSense was not "dialing" the connection so i had a double NAT. After letting pfSense connect to the ISP through the modem, all is good, been working great since my last post.

For anyone coming across this that is Bell Aliant, the option is PPoE pass-through.
