Traffic Shape and Limiters?

Working with Traffic Shape PRIQ, I have some questions.

1. We cannot mix TC and Limiters in the same BOX?
2. We cannot have proxy and TC in the same box?
3. The wizard ask about % for example the p2p catchall, but checking the rules in the file rules.debug I don't see where this value is apply, does have a effect?
4. Traffic Shape does not work with Load-Balance WANs?
