I think you're asking if you can use the pfSense NTP server in a computer. Yes you can. Just configure the computer to use the pfSense address for the NTP server. I do that here. You can use a host name, if listed in the DNS or just the IP address.

PfSense running on Qotom mini PC
i5 CPU, 4 GB memory, 32 GB SSD & 4 Intel Gb Ethernet ports.
          UniFi AC-Lite access point

          I haven't lost my mind. It's around here...somewhere...

You can also configure your DHCP server to provide pfSense as the NTP server to clients; how and if clients use this is a mystery though 😏

I have added the NTP server to DHCP, but I don't know that anything uses it.

@JKnott said in Time of PFsense to Computer:

                  NTP server to DHCP

only linux and maybe other os that use isc-dhcp or the like are able to use ntp servers configured to the dhcp server, windows / macos ignore that option and you have to manually configure it

You can also provide the timezone to DHCP clients, my Linksys switch (LGS318) uses it.

Just add these 2 DHCP options to your DHCP server :

                    option 100 : "CET-1CET-2,M3.5.0,M10.5.0/3"
                    option 101 : "Europe/Paris"
