Hello, that good day, I have a problem with my PFsense, I do not have the administrator user, I have a user but it does not have all the functions, someone knows how I could recover the accounts and be able to reset the passwords to be able to manage my firewall 100%, thanks.

Hello I tried to recover the password through the console, but another problem arose asking me username and password, I tried with admin / pfsense but still it does not allow me, some other option that you know, thanks.

Forgotten Password with Locked ConsoleIf the console is password protected and the password is unknown, all is not lost. It will take a couple reboots to accomplish, but it can be fixed with physical access to the console:
