      Dear All,
I had installed Snort n configured it to run. I didn't saw it start at boot time. How to enable it during boot time?

Perhaps using shellcommand to edit config.xml?

If it's enabled it should start at boot. It can take a few seconds to start and the services status widget does not dynamically update. That can show it stopped until you refresh the page.
If it really is stopped then check the system logs and snort logs for errors.
