How to enable transparent proxy in squid

guys i have a dumb question..
now i'm not enabled transparent proxy in squid and i want block porn in squidguard so i setup browser proxy.. and it's works perfectly everything that contain porn it's blocked by squidguard..

now the question is if i'm using transparent proxy in squid (i enabled it) and i block porn website in squidguard.. do i need to setup browser proxy for this?
