Two WAN Failover Issue

Hello,
i've two wan connections with two failover rules:

Wan1FailoverWan2
Wan2FailoverWan1

All my internal services are exposed on both public ip addresses.
The strange thing is: If Wan2 fail my service can't be reached on wan1, also if I can access to internet by the internal lan!

I've as default gateway Wan1FailoverWan2

There is a way to solve this?
