Did not read the message not to upgrade any packages, so before upgrading pfSense from 2.4.4 to 2.4.5 I did upgrade Avahi and iPerf, then I upgrade pfS. Upgrading went ok and the system rebooted, and there was a crash report PHP_error.log

      Crash report details:

The first part of that at least is a known and harmless error that happens due the libraries being updated during the upgrade:
        https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/9975

Most of those were suppressed but I guess something in those packages was not.

If you're not seeing any other issues I do not think it should be a problem. Clear the alert and make sure it doesn't come back.
