ftp client passive mode

yes the ftp speedtest is only an example.

On the ftp server to which the script connects I have the following error message:

ftp> ls
200 PORT command successful.
425 Can't build data connection with host : "x.x.x.x" Error : Connection refused
ftp> quit

I also tried to enable the parameter:
Rewrite Source to Port 20
but the result does not change.
