      Good day!

      In an attempt to factory reset the SG with the amd64.img from Netgate, the ubldr.bin can't be read during regular boot nor usbboot via run recovery. I can't access single user mode to try boot -s and do a fsck. Is there a specific pfsense bootloader? Is yes, where could I find it? Thanks in advance for anyone's time and assistance!

        What exact command are you running in the u-boot prompt? Try run usbrecovery with the USB drive plugged in. It could also be a flaky USB drive, so if you run usb reset a couple times it might pick the drive up properly.

        You can always contact the support crew at https://go.netgate.com to get help with loading the OS on there. In some extreme cases there may need to be a longer/more involved set of commands run and they can assist.

          @wedawns said in SG3100 can't read ubldr.bin:

          amd64.img

          The SG-3100 is armv6 not amd64 so that image will never boot.

          We can get the correct image when you open a ticket.
