Saving DNS Cache

Is there any way to prevent DNS Resolver cache from being flushed or cleared after each time that the service has restarted?
I mean having a persistence database of resolved queries, for example, the last 200000.

You have to indicate the unbound.conf being used :

unbound-control -c /var/unbound/unbound.conf dump_cache

This is something that should be used in the pfSense core glue unbound code.
Maybe it is / isn't, I didn't look.
