Blocking Specific traffic on a schedule

Hello, I can imagine this question has been asked before, i did do a search but couldn't find anything, I am trying to block specific IP address from my AP so that internet access isn't available between certain hours. Basically i want to block my kids from accessing the internet on their phones after 12am.
