I know I asked this a while back and was mentioned to be part of the 1.0 release along with Multiple Port Traffic Shaping question I asked so I was just kind of looking for an update.

Will it be possible in the future to have multiple IP ranges per and subnets on One Interface. I know how to add it to the command line. I always just worried though on a reboot though my settings go out the window (and it has happened before). I didn't know if anyone else is interested in this as I am willing to post a bounty for it eventually as I am saving money  ;D.

Main reason I'm looking at this setup is for Backhaul Routers/Firewalling/Traffic Shaping. Would like to see pfSense to be more than end client device as it seems.

VIP type "Interface alias" is already in HEAD (won't be available in 1.0). Multiple port trafficshaping (guess you mean multiple interface by this) is not scheduled yet.
