      Hello, I am on mobile tether as my SG3100 bricked after finishing the latest update!

      I tried to send support ticket but it says User Blocked!

      Please give me access to an image, this is extremely time consuming and it is 1 AM here. I have spent hours, please - factory image right now or Im going go need to just trash this firewall, I cant use something that takes a god damn APPLICATION for a factory reset, that is needed NOT cus of user error.

      First person to send me their SG-3100 image on email, I will paypal u 20 30 bucks: mikal@protonmail.com

        God in heaven this whole support system is the most aggrevating I have eeeeever encountered... Nothing works, I need a 500 dollar annual plan to get my firewall working?

          I recently saw a post where all you need to do is open a ticket. Not sure why you would be blocked. Is this a Netgate ADI device?

            I have no idea why I would be blocked either, since I registered today..

            I'm not sure if it it an ADI device, but it runs an ARM cpu

            I have to call it a night, I'm gonna have to go get a new router first thing tomorrow, before I can access my job..

                No idea why but it does look like you were blocked. I would guess your email is blacklisted somewhere.
                You are not anymore.
