      Hi everybody
I am using pfsense version 2.4.5.
My hardware device has 4 interfaces.
Interface 1, interface 2 I use as a WAN port (see picture 1).

      1.png

Interface 3, interface 4 uses LAGG LACP protocol, I named LAGG0 (see images 2, 3).

I set the IP for the LAGG0 port to be 10.100.101.1 and give them a DHCP Server. (see image 4).

I connected the LAN port of a PC to Interface 3, or Interface 4 did not receive DHCP.

      Please help me do that.

Don't connect a pc directly to the interfaces. If you are using LACP, you need to have the ports connected to a switch that is properly configured with an LACP trunk.

          Thanks @dotdash !

LAGG uses the LACP protocol, which is both a aggregation of bandwidth and a backup of one of the two disconnected lines.

So I think the LAGG interface itself is similar to a logical interface, and also provides DHCP as usual.

I have tried it successfully on version 2.1.5 but other hardware devices, the network card I use of intel.

I don't know if it was the hardware failure that caused me to make such an error.

LAGG, as in your screenshots, can use LACP or other protocols. LACP requires a device, usually a switch, on the other end of the link configured with LACP. DHCP will work fine if things are configured properly.
