      Hi,
My summary is that I have an issue accessing sites and accessing gui after power surge last night (I did have an ups connected).

      Symptoms:
      Unable to access sites.
When trying to access Pfsense gui, there is no page and it timesout (multiple browsers).

      What has been done:
Connected ethernet (lan) to pc. I am able to get an ip.
I can connect via console and have restarted webconfigurator, then php-pfm.
Re-booted device (looks normal, filesytem is clean)
      Chose previous checkpoint (no change).
Chose factory defaults, still no access.

Please advise next steps to check this.
      Thanks

You can't even get to 192.168.1.1 after factory reset? Did you try with another PC/Laptop?
I'd try to reinstall the latest 2.4.5 release... https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/solutions/sg-1100/reinstall-pfsense.html
