      Hello,
      I have sfp+ card XL710TF4, also I have pfsense 2.4.5 but the pfsense not detect the sfp+ under interfaces.
      any additional configuration should I do ?

          Check the boot logs for any error messages from ixl.

          Check card is detected at all by running pciconf -lv.

          You can try a 2.5 snapshot, it has newer drivers: https://www.pfsense.org/snapshots/

              The only way is to compile it in an equivalent FreeBSD version and copy the generated kernel module across.

              But you are not at that stage yet. You need to first determine if the card is even detected as a PCI device on your system and what PCI IDs it's shown as.

                  It doesn't show at all in pciconf or it just shows up as a 'none' entry?

                  If it doesn't show at all then a newer driver will not help.
