NAT for 5060/UDP

Hi, I have two routers and between them there is pfsense.
There are two rules that allow everything from the wan to the lan and vice versa.
On the first router my voip phone registers correctly.
On the second router, the voip phone registers by first router (udp / 5060).
Everything works without a firewall.
If I insert the firewall it doesn't work.
Please help me
