Getting crash report after updating to 2.4.5

After updating SG-1100 to latest version i started getting a crash notice, I have PFblockerng version 2.1.4_22 installed, until now it has been working well and updating with no problems.

/usr/local/lib/php/20170718/curl.so.so: invalid file format
The file is corrupt on the disk, more or less. Two possible paths forward:
- Run a filesystem check (boot to single user mode and run
fsck -y /
) and then reinstall the curl binaries (pkg upgrade -f curl php72-curl
) - Contact support and get a copy of the 2.4.5 recovery image and reinstall, then restore your configuration.
