Geom features on ZFS Mirror

PFSense used to use Geom to install across multiple drives (not sure if it ever did more than a mirror, but that's all I used it for) but recently they seem to have moved to ZFS for the same purpose. While I suspect ZFS is a better choice, there's currently functionality that I'm missing. I'm hoping that it's just me being oblivious but I can't seem to find:

Ability to modify ZFS pool after installation (add/remove/swap disks).
Ability to monitor ZFS pool, preferably on status/dashboard. (Geom Mirror Status, the tool I used for Geom, shows no mirror).

Basically I just want to be able to easily tell if my ZFS Mirror is working at 10% or 100%.

If there's any way to export this data to a separate machine, I'd love that too--but that may be beyond the scope of this question.
