Can a PFSENSE log onto another PFSENSE'S webgui?

That being said, I'd like to ask one simple question: is it possible for a PFSENSE to log onto another PFSENSE's webgui and change configurations?

Yes, this sounds hella weird, but I can(and might) explain later... It just might be to long of a post, so prefer to be more objective at this time :)
