Are there any issues today with the upgrade/package servers? I'm getting the "Please wait while the update system initializes" and just stays there most of the time. I had one instance where it got past that but then downloading of the packages was very slow. And one instance where it all worked just fine. I'm waiting/stuck with upgrading 2 nodes (1 worked).

        Solved.

This post was spot on https://forum.netgate.com/topic/119298/please-wait-while-the-update-system-initializes/3

Turned off IPv6 and it solved the issue.

I suspected it could be IPv6 because that one box initially that worked didn't have IPv6 enabled.

Also, IPv6 configuration was being blocked upstream on my side. Once I opened IPv6 traffic then I could upgrade without disabling IPv6. So looks great, the issue was totally on my side.

Only suggestion during the upgrade process would be that if it can't get an IPv6 connection then to try IPv4.

I have had 2 upgrade from 2.4.4.x to 2.4.5 with no issues, then I tried one of my HA clusters and it will not upgrade. I get the package errors.
