pF Sense 2.4.5 USB Installer Hangs on boot

Hello,
I just DL the installer.Hangs at the image I've uploaded. Stays here for 2+ hours already.
Things I've done to try and solve:
DL image from two different locations, and tried to use the different images.
Used latest balenaEtcher on two different USB sticks
Used latest Rufus on two different USB SticksAll result in the hang.

Fiddling with my BIOS - figured out shutting off the Serial(COM) Port0 got it to finally boot and install. This is a MSI A68HM Grenade motherboard with an AMD A10-7869K processor.
All-is-good!

Just one NIC ?
And it's a Realtek .... -
I had pulled the other NIC out trying to diagnose. This is just a test computer for now. If I need a better NIC, I'll install :)
