Bridge mode vs transparent proxy

is there anyone using bridge mode and using transparent proxy?

i'm using bridge mode but transparent proxy is not filtering anything..
but i heard some of you guys using bridgemode and success with transparent proxy..
plz tell me how to configure

Now Bridge and transparent not worked.
